Abstract
Some large scale replication studies have shown that our studies do not seem to meet our expectations and some say that science is in a ‘replication crisis’. In recent years, many initiatives have been developed or propagated to increase reproducibility of research, but uptake of these is still slow. In this presentation, we’ll discuss some of the underlying causes of low replication rates and examples of solutions that can be applied in different phases of the research cycle and in the process we’ll explore what’s in it for us.
