The research plan is to conduct a qualitative questionnaire in order to determine the impact of changing demographics on the Irish telecommunications industry in general, and Eircom marketing strategy in particular. The resulting consumer behaviour analysis will assist in gauging respondent acceptance and utilisation of technology, brand selection and loyalty and effectiveness of corporate marketing strategy as measured by customer acquisition and increased revenue.
