Abstract
Introduction
Because of benchmarking national policies is to develop the fundamental motor skills of children aged 3-6 as a key goal,we should pay attention to the specific direction of the health field for children aged 3-6,with the development of the FMS(Fundamental Motor Skills) as an important content .
Methodology
First, using the documentation method;Second, survey the FMS of children and the 24-hour physical activity behavior of children aged 3-6.At last, use SPSS software to statistically analyze the test data.
Results
A study on the correlation between 24-hour physical activity behavior and the FMS in 3-6 year old children.24-hour activity time combination and FMS total score (P<0.01,) locomotor skills (P<0.01). objective control skills (P<0.01) are significantly correlated and so on.
Conclusions
24-hour activity time combination and FMS total score, locomotor skills, and objective control skills all are significantly correlated.Which can guidence us make plans and promote children's physical and mental health and the development of the FMS.
